Austria did their best but is no longer around to affect Europe.
Turkey convoyed from Bulgaria to Tuscany which is good but in all fairness wasn't as good as the one I've done with my then ally, A(StP)-Syr. :-)
England failed to build. Germany had to retreat & then disband. France seemed to have created a naval blockade.
