German Gov't: I refuse to allow a 6 way draw in this game. Austria has not earned the right to be included in the draw as he played this game poorly. Italy's game was only marginally better. Russia has NMR'ed repeatedly. As long as I'm still in this game, my vote will be NO.

ALB - Germany Gov't: Is your press an example of how to make friends & enemies?

ALB: The EGP was turned down & I was asked to show another however the Rule I added to Gamestart says the reason why I'm not showing it. The Rule said:

1. End Game Proposals (EGP) aren't allowed until after A05. After A05, any EGP must be a fair reflection on the state of the board when the EGP is presented. If it isn't, I'll not display it. When EGP are shown, players must submit together with their orders, etc, their vote. Failure to vote equals 'yes' to the EGP.

Regarding the next Deadline, I'm on holiday next week & on Monday, Graeme & I are going to my parents (his Grandparents) so the Deadline is in the morning of the 14th Feb. BTW remember that's Valentine's Day so make sure you don't upset your other half. :-)
