Regardless of the others, it must be good for France but bad for Russia, i.e. one gains three & the other zero. The good thing for Russia is that they moved into Germany & equally England stopped a German moving to Holland.
Austria's self-standoff was unnecessary as Italy moved his army to France. With Turkey joining in with two other countries, Rumania was a big bounce.

Rumour has it that he was also victim of a barbarous naval custom involving a golden rivet, though our gallant cadet was reluctant to expand on this matter. Midshipman Smith will spend the Winter in warmer climes (possibly Spain or Portugal), and is expected to be given a new posting in the Spring.
Ber-Lon: Please tell your fleet to be silent their giving me a headache!!!
