Seems to me that the 'Western Corner' & the 'Eastern Square' are on the verge of joining or are I wrong with Italy. Austria stopped Italy moving into their land.
France & Germany made a discussion to move to Burgundy but France got the better. England decided to go the Northern Yorkshire opening.
No conclusion over the Black Sea but Russia decided to allow an army to have an extra sleeping time.

My dear Mother, I am so excited. I have been given a place on H.M.S. Bristol, so I can watch the fleet get ready for its Spring Exercise. I will only be on board for 4 weeks, but it sounds to be great fun. It will surely beat studying in Dartmouth. I must confess it is very lonely now with all my friends gone. I do hope that they are all well back in their own countries.
Par: Midshipman Smith, J. ordered to squat on top of mast for 10 hours after CPO engulfed by Camembert on opening aforesaid Midshipman's locker during billet inspection. Outrage in French press at this waste of precious cheese.
