ALB: Sadly S08 adjudication went to Cyberspace for Austria. Regarding Germany, the leader did forget.

As with Cyberspace, you know that the same thing happened to France & in that case I delayed the game so that I did get the orders as otherwise France would be in Anarchy. The reason for the delay that season & not S08 was that before the Deadline Emile Francois Loubet contacted other GMs & they contacted me. Regarding Austria & Germany, they didn't until after the Deadline they became aware.
