Ber Gov't: During a routine diplomatic mission to Ireland in order to meet up with dissident elements in that beleagured Island, the government of Germany found itself cut of from all form of communication due to storms, primitive infrastrucure, and too many 'diplomatic evenings'. Normal conditions will henceforth resume. The Berlin government would also like to express its regret in aiding in Russia's collapse but has no option but to seek her own survival first. (In other words I went home to Ireland from the US for a holiday 2 weeks ago, could not get to the internet till now as it is down in my house, and had to make decisions without consulting anyone).
