I think the Eastern Square decided to have a competition. No not the usual, simply to seen with one would be able to have their units in the same position they were. What's a bigger laugh is that Turkey & Italy kept theirs in the same position & Austria & Russia were only able to move one unit.
England & France must have decided not to do the same, as theirs have moved.
