I'm unsure as to why the Turks cut their own support however am sure that the Russia is in Rumania.
Austria didn't make it to Bulgaria & Italy didn't managed to get to Vienna.
England had to retreat & now have to see the French fleet in the Channel. Germany walked into Belgium.
