GUPPY - Spring 1907
GM Ally Bain
I think the Germans are going for the wine & women at Gascony & the French are quite happy as they forgot to submit a retreats. Having said that France is moving very close to Italy/Austria.

Thanks to Turkey for moving to Syria, as painting green within the letters is still a pain in the bum.

PRESS

Austrian Govt-Con: Jolly good old chap. I would have started resisting you long ago if only the italians had left me alone. Here's my last gasp.

Austrian Govt-Rom: Oh wait . . . I AM the fly in the soup.

Con-Austrian Govt: Don't worry, I will end Francis-Joseph's pain. Death is the utimate end of pain.

Con-Ber: I'd vote for it!

ALB: One country turned down the other for Turkey winning.

So you all know the way I set out a 'Gunboat' End Game Proposal (EGP) these are the rules however please bear in mind these are not necessarily the way other GMs adopt it:

1. Only players still in the game & I can recommend EGP & these must be shown in your orders, etc.

2. The recommendation will be shown in the adjudication notification but as they are secretive & it will be shown in ALB press.

3. If more than one recommendation is offered, they will be shown.

4. You must vote within your next orders.

5. A single 'no' will stop the recommendation being accepted.

6. If you fail to vote on any EGP then it is counted as a 'yes' to all shown.

7. If more than one EGPs is shown & all are voted 'yes', I will decide the winner.

Autumn 1907 deadline: 19:00 BST, 27th May 2002.
