The 'Eastern Square' was the opposite. Italy moved into Austria & brought another army to support or do something nasty. Austria simply moved all their armies towards the two 'Rs', Russia & Rumania. Turkey messed up the Russian idea & also put an army into action against them.

Thousands of workers joined in demonstrations of thanks for the actions under the slogan 'The Proletariat rejoice in the end of Oppression and will fight to defend the Revolution'.
