Con Govt-Lon Govt: How is the 'fishing' in the English Channel? It's fairly similar to the farming in the Moscow area I expect.

Con Govt-ALB: I expect one of my neighbours will move into Trieste but what would have happened if it was left empty? Austria would be entitled to build a unit there. Would you have built it? A fleet or an army? And what if the same scenario had happened in an inland province (e.g. Bud) where only an army could be built?

ALB-Con Govt: If it did happen, no build as Austria went into anarchy therefore their not in the game. If however, they were in the game & the same scenario happened, then they would be allowed to build as either a fleet or army.
