NEON TETRA - Autumn 1901 GM Ally Bain
What an interesting set of moves from the two central powers.
It worked for Germany but given the fact that France has equalled the number of units Russia has, I wonder if Germany is regretting it. Austria's moves did not entirely work other than Italy did not get one of their SC.
Turkey has allowed Russia to get the Black Sea but has a little surprised for them.
England might have a headache.

PRESS Ven: The Austrian Government would like all nations to celebrate the International Day of small rodents. We feel very strongly that the hedghog should be the symbol of this day. The hedghog is a small cute animal who likes to meet fellow creatures in a sense of trust. Of course it can form itself into a ball and barb those around it. But like any small animal, it will help those stray defenceless creatures home again. Lon-Rom: I hear Turkey has put some mines in Tunis, so watch your step. Spring 1902 deadline: 19:00 BST, 5th June 2002.
