Par Gov't - Ber Gov't: The contents of our talks and the specific circumstances under which they were held will remain secret. A new law states, that it's a crime against the glorius French state to reveal such intimate details in public, and as the penalty for such a crime is severe, I'm sure Mrs. Kaiser won't get word of our visit in the previously mentioned establishment. The French nation sympathises with the German Emperor's difficult situation - torn between the wish for a permanent solution to the Russian problem, which has haunted Europe for centuries, and the "need to revenge the French aggression", as the German papers put it.

Par Gov't - Russian Gov't: The exellent French Itelligence Service has informed the Government, that the Russian Tsar (in a previous incarnation as the English King) has managed to insult the GM of a Gunboat game on another site so severely, that the Tsar has been banned from further play on the site. Recollecting our enjoyable correspondence, I'm sure that the ban can be true - it's hard to imagine a sympathizing and kind spirit as you doing such nasty things.

Con Gov't - Par Gov't: If you settle for a draw, I will make sure that your wonderful French pastries will be sold at a very fair price in my bazaars all over my country! The Sultan
