Vie: The Double Throne decrees a half-day holiday in celebration of the recovery of our homeland. The afternoon will be used to keep it.

ALB: Four things to announce:

1. As you know the game waited for the deadline. One for you is on holiday & they submitted 'provisional'. By doing so, the player will be back in time to submit Autumn 1909 orders. If you are in the same position, submit 'provisional'.

2. When asked if any of you are playing they first game on Dip2000, nobody replied. If you should have said so, do it now & I can up-grade you.

3. A player suggested a vote so that the game is finished. Prior to mentioning them, the suggestion & vote are kept quiet from each other therefore you will not know who said it & equally no one will know your vote. When submitting your orders, etc, if you do not say 'no' your vote will be classed as 'yes' to all shown. As you will see, there are two suggestions, you can say 'no' to one & 'yes' to the other.
