Austrian Gov't: Field Marshal Count Von Haehtrarp was sat in the corner of his office. He looked vacantly out of his window to the street below. Suddenly his eyes narrowed, and a slight twitch started above his left check. His hands grasped the china cup, and after a moment, it exploded into tiny fragments, but Haehtrarp did not notice. "GUARDS GUARDS" he yelled.

The two solders outside his door looked at each other in fear. What was the reason why their beloved commander has flipped his lid over the past few days?. Rumour had it that the Great One had been upset by resent press in the SPIN, others thought it was because he was angry with the low morals of his neighbours government leaders.

They pushed open the door to the Lord and Masters office reluctantly.

"Hail Great One, May the colour Brown spread across the world"

Field Marshal Count Von Haehtrarp pointed out of his open window.. "That man in the red coat, see him?, arrest him and take him to the darkest jail"

"Yes Sir, do you think he's a reporter for the SPIN, or is he Brian Wansleeben, Mikey Lamont, or Ian Pringle?"

"NO" roared Haehtrarp, " The little shite is SMOKING!"

The penny dropped with the two solders, the short temper was due to reason number three --- 10 days without smoking --.
