Germany shifted units to stop England's moves but they did not happen. In fact England was very different towards them.
The only one with a problem is Russia with Turkey having two armies beside Moscow.

StP: The Russian people are making wedding preparations to celebrate their noble leader's forthcoming marriage. They would ask all nations to observe this time of peace for them and particularly as they don't wish to have to learn Turkish.
