With the exemption of Austria every country has at least one unit on foreign soil.
France has got massive problems but they have posed a problem for Germany & England. There again those are two of the three messing around in/near France, with the other being Italy.
England moved into Russia but that is not safe. Russia moved into Germany, which might not work. Turkey got Albania!
