Proposal 2: as a 6 way Draw between all.

If you don`t cast your vote for one of them then this will be taken as a vote in favour, and for the proposal to be accepted there must be no votes against. In case both proposal are approved Proposal 2 will be picked up as the chosen. The game-end proposal is resolved before the moves are adjudicated, therefore if the proposal is accepted then S06 is not adjudicated.

Consequently votes may not be conditional on the S06 orders. If you are not clear about any point then please ask.
