There are two end-game proposals:

2. Draw A / T

Would you all vote 'yes' or 'no' on ALL these proposal along with your orders for next season please. If you don`t cast your vote for one of them then this will be taken as a vote in favour, and for the proposal to be accepted there must be no votes against. The game-end proposal is resolved before the moves are adjudicated, therefore if the proposal is accepted then S08 is not adjudicated.

Consequently votes may not be conditional on the S08 orders. If you are not clear about any point then please ask.
