The Austro-Hungarian Emperor would like to thank all nations of europe for remaining calm whilst the menace of the Italian forces are put to the sword, and the streets of Tunis are cleansed. Much rejoicing is planned in all Austrian cities for removing this close threat to the nations safety. Peter Moran is thought to be lurking in the Swiss mountains muttering curses and shaking his fists at passing Austrian solders. Whatever makes him happy!

Ita-All:
The lucky winner for the right to manipulate the Italian forces for this Autumn was Tom. The only true Italian Government can only comment retrospectively about how they viewed Mark's control of their brave troops last season. In terms of strategy and political diplomacy they feel he has a lot to learn and to try to frustrate his main ally, Austria, was not overly friendly.
Still enjoying the sunshine and relaxation.

None is to be trusted. No one at all. We know that France is about to betray Germany. We know that Austria is about to attack Germany. We know that Russia wants to attack Austria. And worst of all, we know that England wants to attack France. But can't. As he hasn't enough units. Oh well!

Andy-All:
For the sake of not repeating myself here are some common questions and answers about Proxies:
[Q]Can someone Proxy indefinately or is it limited to a certain time?
[A] indefinate proxies require the GM's approval.

[Q]Does press from a person proxying their units to someone else stop that person sending press in the proxied countries name?
[A]Only if the person giving out the proxy specifically said so.

[Q]Does a person who proxied his control away still get a vote in an EGP?
[A]Only if he resumes command of his units otherwise the person he proxied too gets his vote as well.

[Q]Can a person who awarded the proxy take it back without informing the person who has it?
[A]Yes.

[Q]Can a person fake a proxy?
[A]As long as they don't attempt to decieve the GM a player can do anything he likes with the game which includes the ability to fake a proxy.
