The clouds of war appear to be descending over Europe. Armies are on the march, fleets have put out to sea, and the diplomatic channels of all countries seem to be working at a frenzied pace in order to shore up alliances and formulate plans of attack.

The objective? Territory.

The insatiable greed of European powers appears to have influenced almost every country's actions. Every country except one...Italia.
Isolated on her lovely peninsula, Italia's only movement is to extend her supply lines to Tunisia and to solidify her internal defenses...and that is only being done in an effort to protect herself from other countries who might covet her beautiful lands.

This reporter was fortunate enough to speak with Prime Minister Peter Morano, leader of the peace-loving Italian people. During that conversation, Morano said, "Our aim is to coexist with the other powers.
Given that nobody south of Roma does any work at all...makes it, how do you say in English...difficult...to get anything done. Our people north of Roma are too busy making money to enjoy life the way they should...and Roma itself is so filled with bureaucracy that it takes six months just to get the paperwork through that's required to sail our Fleet from Napoli to the Ionian Sea."
