Department of Peace declaration:
The English are forthright. Ludwig Van, a reformed droogie and current spokesperson for the Department of Peace, has declared that all England desires is a boat in every pond to spread nothing more nothing less only love. When asked if the Department had set a target date, Ludwig Van responded, "We have all the time in the world." When someone mentioned that other powers were suspicious of England, Ludwig Van starting humming "Singing in the Rain" and did a rather violent dance. Milk from Austria was served as refreshment.

Archduke Werner has asked England to reveal that there has existed a secret alliance between Austria and England since 1901. This is the reason why Austrian boats have respected the authority of England over the seas and not therein entered. All powers that have ordered boats into the water have acted in defiance of English authority.
