Czar Doug the First interrupted meeting envoys from all over Europe to inspect the damage along the Sevastapol coastline. In other news Sweden declared it's intent to join the new Russian Empire and the documents are expected to be witnessed today. Czar Doug welcomed the state to the Empire.
