An agreement has been struck for the partitioning of Germany. Forces are being sent to Munich at the time this news went to the presses. Peace is expected to break out in the region as a result. Many people will breath a sigh of relief now that they are out of the war. Many pray that it is true.

In other news, French army regulars will be skiing in the southern Alps this year. After that they will be sent on a border tour to secure French interests in Munich. The French navy is going to visit southern Spain to observe activies in the south. An offer to help our Italian neighbors has been given and turned down for now. It shall be respected.

Russia-All:
The Official Muscovite Monthly reports of a fresh delivery of caviar from a port in Rumania. We decided that the rabble in streets could not be allowed to threaten this unique import, so the army was sent to secure the goods.
