Somewhere in the mountains.

The Italian government in exile visited Rome last week. The ministers were delighted to find no soldiers on the streets except a few actors dressed as ancient Romans. The ministers took part in a secret conclave known as an International Committee where the truth was no more in evidence than in Rowena.

The ministers would like to thank the occupying powers for the discipline of their troops. They (the ministers) agreed that they never want to play Italy again.
