PARIS UNDER SIEGE!
These are dark days for the "City of Lights". German and British forces have virtually cut off the French capitol from the rest of France. It is believed that French officials have abandoned the city to its fate and have fled to Madrid. Consequently order is breaking down in Paris despite the presence of the French military. German officers at the front have reported seeing isolated fires within the city and it feared that Communards are in control of some portions of Paris.
