Andy-All: Some of you are using incorrect abbreviations and in some cases even naming territories incorrectly! Please use the correct ones in the future for your own sakes! Lon-All: The London Times WAR WITH RUSSIA DECLARED! In response to the unprovoked Russian intervention in the Franco-Prussian Conflict on the side of France, Her Majesty’s Government has declared a state of war to exist with the Russian Empire. In an impassioned speech to Parliament, the Prime Minister cited Russian aggression against her neighbors on the continent and the threat Russian expansion in Central Asia poses to India to be justification for the decision. The British 1st Army under Field-Marshal Lord Raglan has been ordered to immediately advance on the Russian capital. The Expeditionary Force was previously dispatched to Norway at the request of the King of Norway to ensure Norwegian independence. The force is reported to contain five divisions; the Brigade of Guards and the Highland Brigade among them. ANGLO-FRENCH TENSIONS PERSIST Anglo-French tensions over control of the English Channel continue. British and French diplomats are working to prevent the situation from developing into a crisis. It is reported that key members of the Prime Ministers cabinet have expressed deep concern over France’s pursuit of naval parity. A French policy Her Majesty’s Government believes threatens her security. Par-Lon: Par - Lon : "Your mother was a hamster, and your father smelt of Elderberries!" Par-Ber: "Now you KNOW you're gunna get burned if you keep attacking me...." Par-All: "Help Help! I'm being repressed! Come see the violence inherrent in the system!....seriously, E/G are playing naughty buggers...anyone wanna help me?....no?...sod it..." Andy-All: A Big thank you to those that put the effort into sending some great press, please keep it up and for those of you that didn't send any please try!
