The German 1st Army in support of British Marines engaged French forces at Waterloo and inflicted a major defeat on the Grande Armee. Following the battle demoralized French units vanished into the Belgium countryside in the direction of France.

The sultan today declared major combat to be over in the Russian war. The Tsar is believed to be in hiding in his home province of the Ukraine with his 2 sons. When asked about the continued lack of evidence of weapons of mass destruction, the Sultan stated, "At this very moment, in Moscow we are examining equipment in a so called "baby milk factory". We've already found some very suspicious white liquid".

In a separate announcement, the Sultan declared support for the Austrian Archduke's crime fighting initiative. "Most of Italy and Greece is being run by some "Godfather". In the heart of Europe if you please. And they call us barbaric." The sultan went on to outline his program to accelerate the daily beheadings.
