PROPOSAL TO CHANGE TO 1 WEEK DEADLINES.

We have a proposal to move to a one week deadline from

now onwards. This seems reasonable. I will change to

this if everyone agrees. Please note that NO VOTE

will count in favour of the proposal. Any vote

against will veto the proposal.
